Burtville Developments has launched Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 65, a hotel-branded residential development in Masdar City designed around landscaped living, hospitality-led services, and long-term investment value.
Set on the largest residential plot in Masdar City, the development spans more than 310,000 square feet, with 67% of the site dedicated to landscaped gardens, water features, and outdoor amenities. The project will also introduce a selection of one and two-bedroom residences with private gardens, a first for Masdar City and a distinctive addition to its residential market.
Through its association with the Bab Al Qasr hospitality brand, the development will provide residents with a lifestyle inspired by premium hotel standards, supported by a range of optional hospitality services.
Homeowners will receive exclusive benefits for five years from the date of purchase, including complimentary access to the private beach and swimming pool at Bab Al Qasr Hotel, as well as a 25% discount on selected hotel services. Owners will also benefit from complimentary access to Yas Beach Club for up to six family members for five years.
The development will feature a wide range of lifestyle and recreational facilities, including landscaped gardens, a 360-metre jogging track, a 275-metre water canal, sports and leisure amenities, and 11 retail outlets serving residents and the surrounding Masdar City community.
