About the Project

Bab Al Qasr Beach Resort Residence 77 brings together three residential towers, a landscaped resort podium and a dedicated Beach Club to create a distinctive beachfront address on Al Reem Island. Set between the sea and mangroves, the development combines direct beach access, expansive coastal views and resort-inspired amenities with contemporary residential living.

Approximately 73% of the residential plot is dedicated to landscaped areas, while around 92% of residences enjoy direct beach views. The collection includes fully furnished one- to five-bedroom residences, including exclusive four- and five-bedroom duplex penthouses, with freehold ownership and handover scheduled for Q4 2031.
